Adult Winter Indoor Rowing
Join our community of rowers who train during our winter months. No experience and great way to start experiencing rowing.
QCRC’s Indoor Training
QCRC has trained athletes for the last 10 years during our winter months at our indoor rowing facility. The program is designed for both beginner and advanced rowers and has contributed to the highest competitive results for our masters program during their spring, summer and fall seasons. Training is based on years of Coach Palacios preparing adult athletes for the last 20 years to qualify to USA Master Nationals, Medal at Midwest and National regattas and compete at the highest level in the country.
